In terms of trading restrictions placed by the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ formulated in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Mukka Proteins has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Thursday, 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2026 will be intimated in due course.
