Lemon Tree Hotels has opened Lemon Tree Resort, Nashik, a lakeside retreat set against the serene backwaters of Gangapur Dam. The opening marks the Group’s second hotel in the city and 16th operational hotel in Maharashtra, with 16 more properties in the pipeline. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel features 71 well-appointed rooms and suites (as against the 57 rooms disclosed to the stock exchanges on September 9, 2024), a multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
