Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person (‘the code’), Seasons Textiles has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the all Designated Persons from October 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the approval and declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the half yearly and quarter ending September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company who may be reasonably expected to have in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (‘UPSI’) shall simultaneously be intimated/ advised not to deal/ trade in the securities, equity shares of the Company during the Trading Window closure period. In accordance with the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P /CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the Company has updated the information on CDSL portal for restricting the trading by Designated Persons (‘DPs’) by freezing their PAN at security level (i.e. ISIN: INE707B01010).
