Accordingly, all the Promoters & Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives etc. have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting in which the financial results for Second quarter and Half Year ended September, 30, 2026 are to be approved will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
