Retina Paints has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by, Designated Persons.
