Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/ Persons of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons commencing from October 01, 2026 and the same shall remain closed till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026 and forty-eight hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
