Stovec Industries has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosures, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Specified Persons of the Company, from October 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ending on September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Specified/Connected Persons are hereby advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the said period of closure of trading window.
