The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September 2026 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, the Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
