In terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in securities of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, GRP has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
