Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bombay Potteries & Tiles has informed that the Company has received a communication/notice from BSE dated September 23, 2026, regarding the revocation of suspension of trading in the equity shares of the Company. As per the said communication, the suspension of trading in the equity shares of the Company shall stand revoked with effect from October 1, 2026. Further, trading in the equity shares of the Company shall resume in the ‘XT’ Group with effect from October 1, 2026. Trading Members are requested to take note of the same. The revocation of suspension notice no 20260923-14 from BSE has been attached. The Company has also uploaded the said communication on its website for the information of its stakeholders.
