M&M’s trucks & buses business sales jump 53% in September 2026

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) Trucks & Buses Business, comprising Mahindra Truck & Bus Division (MTBD) and SML Mahindra (SML), has reported total sales of 2,912 units in September 2026, registering a growth of 53% as compared with 1,904 units in September 2025. Cargo vehicle sales increased 84% to 2,043 units in September 2026 from 1,112 units in September 2025, while passenger vehicle sales grew 10% to 869 units in September 2026 from 792 units in September 2025.

MTBD has reported total sales of 1,788 units in September 2026, up 87% from 954 units in September 2025. SML has reported total sales of 1,124 units in September 2026, registering a growth of 18% from 950 units in September 2025.
