Shreenath Paper Products has informed that it enclosed further update in relation to Shreenath Paper Industries (SPIPL), which has become a Subsidiary Company of Shreenath Paper Products (the Company) with effect from September 24, 2026, consequent upon the Company's shareholding in SPIPL increasing from 50% to 75%. SPIPL had already commenced its business operations prior to becoming a Subsidiary Company of the Company and is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of sublimation paper from its manufacturing facility situated at Plot No. 3810 to 3821, Near Super Gas Co., GIDC, Sarigam, Gujrat-396156.
