IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed that as already disclosed in the regulatory filings available on record with the Exchange, the resolution process of the Company is being undertaken by Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS), under the supervision of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) read with various orders of Hon'ble NCLT / NCLAT, passed from time to time. Pursuant to the aforesaid process and upon approval of the resolution proposal by the requisite majority of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), the Board of IL&FS has, as the next step, approved the filing of the proposal before the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai, for its consideration and approval.
