In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mukka Proteins has informed that the Company has received a USDA NOP- Inputs Attestation from ECOCERT S.A.S., France, confirming that its product ‘Eco Sphere Organic Fertilizer’ is suitable for use in organic farming, subject to the specific conditions prescribed under the applicable program. The receipt of the USDA NOP- Inputs Attestation is an important milestone for the Company and is expected to enhance the marketability and acceptance of its Eco Sphere Organic Fertilizer in markets catering to organic farming, including the United States, and support the Company's efforts to expand its value-added and sustainable product portfolio. The Company will continue to explore opportunities to expand its presence in international markets and strengthen its sustainable and value-added product offerings. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
