Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Anant Raj has informed that Anant Raj Cloud Singapore (‘AR Cloud Singapore’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and Orange Business Services Singapore, a Singapore-based digital technology and network services company, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MoU’) with the Government of Haryana, acting through the Department of Industries & Commerce on October 6, 2026, to undertake global marketing of Ashok Cloud and Data Centre services hosted in Haryana and to facilitate onboarding of overseas customers to host their data in Haryana. In this respect, a press release issued by the Company titled ‘Anant Raj Cloud, Orange Business Singapore Sign MoU with Haryana Govt to take the State’s Cloud Services to Global Markets’, is enclosed as Annexure A. The requisite disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure B.
