Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors of the Company; Revised Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information: Approved and adopted the revised and amended Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information (Revised Policy), which supersedes the existing policy adopted by the Board on January 10, 2026.
