In continuation to earlier intimation dated August 26, 2026, regarding media release on the subject ‘AESL Wins Rs 4,700 crore transmission project in Maharashtra for evacuation of 4,500 MW of Renewable & Storage Power’, Adani Energy Solutions has informed that the Company has on October 06, 2026, at about 05:00 p.m. IST executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PFC Consulting (PFCCL) for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of Satara Power Transmission (‘SPTL’). In this connection, the company also enclosed the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as Annexure A.
