Keystone Realtors’ pre-sales jumps 84% in Q2FY27

Keystone Realtors has reported 84.33% jump in its pre-sales to Rs 1423 crore in Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 772 crore in Q2FY26. In Q1FY27, pre-sales stood at Rs 617 crore. In H1FY27, its pre-sales stood at Rs 2041 crore as compared to Rs 1839 crore in H1FY26, i.e. up by 10.98%.

However, the company’s collection fell by 19.13% to Rs 541 crore in Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 669 crore in Q2FY26. Further, its collection has decreased by 8.35% to Rs 1141 crore in H1FY27 as compared to Rs 1245 crore in H1FY26.
