Raymond Realty (RRL) has made a further investment in Ten X Realty North (TXRNL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by subscribing to further issue of 9,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 90,000 through a right issue, and the newly issued shares rank pari-passu to existing equity shares of TXRNL. Currently, RRL is holding 100% share capital of TXRNL and with the current investment, RRL shareholding percentage in TXRNL will remain unchanged.
