Amalgamated Electricity Company has informed that in reference to Regulation 170(2) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, in connection with the proposed preferential issue of equity shares, was inadvertently mentioned in the earlier submission. Accordingly, enclosed the revised outcome of the Board Meeting after removing the aforesaid reference. The revision is limited to the above correction, and the other contents of the outcome remain unchanged.
