Satra Properties India strengthens on getting nod to raise fund upto Rs 56 crore

Satra Properties (India) is currently trading at Rs 5.40, up by 0.28 points or 5.47% from its previous closing of Rs 5.12 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 5.12 and has touched a high and low of Rs 5.50 and Rs 5.00 respectively. So far 16738 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 6.94 on 10-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs 3.26 on 05-Apr-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 5.65 and Rs 4.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 87.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.74% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.11% and 26.14% respectively.

Satra Properties India ‘s Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 28, 2013,  has decided to raise finance by issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs. 56 crore  on a Private Placement basis.

Satra Properties operates directly or through its subsidiary or associate company or through project specific companies / firms formed for the purpose of execution of projects. It also undertakes development projects through Joint Development Agreements with third parties. It is also involved in the purchase and sale of TDRs which are freely transferable between developers.
