SJS Enterprises’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- SJS Display Electronics (SDEPL) has entered into an Agreement to Sub-Lease for establishing its manufacturing facility, on a Build-to-Suit basis, at Village Koregaon Bhima, Taluka Shirur, District Pune, Maharashtra, pursuant to an Agreement to Sub-Lease executed and registered on October 11, 2026.
The said facility is expected to be ready for commencement of commercial operations by September 2027. This development marks a significant step in furtherance of the company's expansion into the cover glass and display electronics business through SDEPL.
