Orient Beverages has certified that the Security received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in its records as the Registered Owner within 15 days of receipt of Certificate of Security. Further, the Certificates of Securities which were dematerialised are listed on Stock Exchange or Stock Exchanges where earlier issued Securities were listed. In this regard, the company has also received certificate dated 6th October, 2026 from Niche Technologies, Registrars and Share Transfer Agents of the Company, certifying the details as aforesaid.
