Key features of the helicopter: • Proven platform: The Bell 206 L4 (Long Ranger IV) is a single-engine utility helicopter manufactured by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Canada, and is among the most widely operated helicopter types in the world. • Capacity: It seats a pilot and up to six passengers, with a spacious cabin and large windows for visibility. • Surveillance and aerial work: The type is well suited to aerial surveillance, patrol, monitoring and survey work. • Corporate and tourism flying: The comfortable cabin makes it suitable for executive transfers, corporate charters, sightseeing and tourism flights. The acquisition will add to the fleet of UHPL and support its helicopter charter operations. Completion of the transaction is subject to the terms of the agreement and the applicable regulatory formalities under DGCA requirements.
