Advent Hotels International has received approval to execute a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of the balance 25% equity shareholding by the Company/its nominee in BD And P Hotels (India) (BD&P Hotels). Upon completion of the aforesaid acquisition, BD&P Hotels shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The acquisition is aligned with the company’s hospitality business and is aimed at consolidating the Company’s ownership in BD&P Hotels, thereby enabling the Company to exercise complete ownership and greater strategic and operational control over its hospitality business. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs 40 crore. The acquisition is proposed to be completed on or before June 30, 2027.
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 13, 2026, has approved the same.
