Adani Power has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Uttarakhand Power Corporation (UPCL) for 1,234 MW ex-bus net supply (1,320 MW installed capacity) of Thermal Power under a long-term Power Supply Agreement (PSA). The power supply under the PSA will be for a period of 25 years.
Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
