With reference to intimation dated October 13, 2026 regarding the allotment of fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis, Krsnaa Diagnostics has clarified that, in the said intimation, the premium at which the warrants were allotted was inadvertently mentioned as ?551 per warrant. The same should be read as ?561 per warrant. The error is purely typographical and inadvertent, and the Company deeply regrets the same. All other details in the said intimation remain unchanged.
