ACME Solar Holdings has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary namely ‘ACME Renewables FZCO’ in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The entity shall serve as a platform to support the company’s renewable energy business through procurement, supply chain management, project support, and other ancillary functions including hedging of raw material of renewables like lithium carbonate, polysilicon etc., which is available in international markets.
