GMR Airports and Aramex, a logistics and transportation solutions provider, have signed an initial pact to strengthen Aramex logistics capabilities at all GMR-operated airports and support seamless movement of international shipments for MSMEs. The pact will explore opportunities to enhance Aramex's operational infrastructure at the company’s express cargo terminals across India, including dedicated truck docks, screening systems, and dedicated space, subject to agreed terms and conditions under the definitive agreement.
Additionally, both companies are exploring the development of a warehousing facility in proximity to the express cargo terminal, with dedicated airside corridor access. They will also explore potential investment opportunities, project timelines and other aspects of the proposed development as discussions progress.
