Agastya Energy and Infrastructure has secured an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Contract from IMC Solar BDN. The contract is for design, engineering, procurement, supply, packing, transportation, installation, construction, erection, inspection, interconnection, commissioning, testing, completion and delivery of the solar power plant, along with O&M of the delivered plant.

The contract is valued at Rs 106.04 crore (inclusive of applicable taxes and excluding O&M charges). The contract includes a project capacity of 47.8 MW, located at 15 different sites.

Agastya Energy and Infrastructure (formerly known as Sanginita Chemicals) is an integrated energy solutions and infrastructure company operating across solar manufacturing, renewable energy generation, energy storage and EPC.
