BofA Securities Europe SA has acquired 0.05% stake in Eternal from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE ODI for around Rs 168.67 crore. The BofA Securities Europe SA has bought around 53.38 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 316.00 apiece, through an open market deal.

Eternal (Formerly known as Zomato) operates a B2C technology platform that provides customers with a seamless, OnDemand solution to search and discover local restaurants, order food, and have it delivered reliably and quickly.
