Godavari Drugs has informed that the Members of Godavari Drugs (the Company), at the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th September, 2026, approved the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of a Special Resolution. Consequent upon the aforesaid alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association and the consequential reclassification of the Company’s business activity under the applicable National Industrial Classification (NIC) Code, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company stands changed.
