Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Carnation Hotels has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Omaxe, a prominent real estate developer, to operate around 4,000 keys in multiple key destinations in India.
The proposed hospitality sites shall be located in transit hubs, pilgrimage destinations and commercial districts spanning across Lucknow, Vrindavan, Amausi, Amritsar, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Kaushambi and Faridabad.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
