Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of its earlier intimation dated September 07, 2026, Swiggy has informed that transaction for the sale of the entire shareholding held by Swiggy Networks (a material wholly owned subsidiary of Swiggy) in Lynks Logistics to Trustroot Internet has been completed on the closing hours of October 15, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the transaction documents. Consequently, Lynks Logistics ceases to be a subsidiary of Swiggy Networks and, accordingly, a step-down subsidiary of the company.
