Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Part A of the Listing Regulations, GMR Power and Urban Infra has informed that GMR Coal Resources (‘GCRPL’) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated under the law of Singapore, has been dissolved/ voluntarily liquidated with effect from October 1, 2026. The Company received confirmation letter about the aforesaid voluntary winding up from the Registrar of Companies, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Singapore on October 16, 2026. Pursuant to the above, GCRPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from October 1, 2026. Detailed information as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is provided in the Annexure as enclosed.
