SIS has informed that the Company has extinguished 14,85,134 fully paid-up Equity Shares bought back during the month of September 2026. A copy of the letter dated October 13, 2026, issued by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (“CDSL”), confirming the extinguishment of these Equity Shares is enclosed as Annexure A. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 24(iv) of the Buyback Regulations, it enclosed the details of the Equity Shares bought back by the Company and extinguished.
