HDFC Bank reports 6% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

HDFC Bank has reported its results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q2FY27).

The bank has reported a 4.66% rise in its net profit at Rs 19,509.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as compared to Rs 18,641.28 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 6.83% to Rs 97,257.62 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 91,040.72 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the bank has reported a 5.55% rise in its net profit at Rs 20,700.03 crore for Q2FY27, as compared to Rs 19,610.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 9.11% to Rs 1,29,358.69 crore for Q2FY27 as compared to Rs 1,18,560.63 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
