Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of earlier intimation dated 11/08/2026 regarding the award of a contract to Bondada Engineering, Hyderabad, for the design, engineering, supply and procurement, civil and structural works, erection, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance for a period of 10 years of a Battery Energy Storage System {BESS) having a rated capacity of 20 MW/120 MWh at the point of injection (132 kV GIPCL Substation) of the Company, Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that subsequent to the approval received from GUVNL, the Company has issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Bondada Engineering, Hyderabad and the same has been duly accepted by Bondada Engineering on 17/10/2026 through e-mail communication. Further, it is hereby clarified that all other details required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2024/155 dated 11 November 2024 remain unchanged and are as disclosed in the Company's earlier intimation dated 11/08/2026.
