With reference to earlier intimation regarding the temporary suspension of registration of Shalby Hospital, Jabalpur due to minor fire incident occurred at one of the floors on October 11, 2026, Shalby has informed that pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, the Company has received a communication letter dated October 17, 2026 from the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), Jabalpur, permitting the hospital to resume its normal operations. Accordingly, the hospital is permitted to resume its regular healthcare services, including the admission of patients, subject to the conditions stipulated by the competent authority. However, the affected floor shall remain non?operational until completion of the requisite renovation work, reassessment and receipt of the necessary clearance from the competent authority. The Company remains committed to ensuring patient safety as top priority and prime responsibilities, complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintaining continuity of healthcare services.
