Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Carysil has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 04, 2026, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Further, in continuation of its intimation dated September 25, 2026 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from October 01, 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open from November 07, 2026.
