Juniper Green Energy has incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Juniper Green Stellar Fifteen and Juniper Green Beta Eight, on October 20, 2026. The subsidiaries have been incorporated to undertake activities relating to the development, establishment and operation of power generation projects in the field of renewable energy.
Earlier, the company had incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries namely ‘Juniper Green Field Fifteen’ and ‘Juniper Green Gem Fifteen’.
Juniper Green Energy is an independent power producer (IPP) in India which develops, builds, operates and maintains utility scale renewable energy projects through its in-house engineering, procurement and construction and operations and maintenance teams, and generates revenue through the sale of electricity to various off-takers, including central and state government-backed entities.
