Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Makers Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 4th November, 2026, to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it has already informed vide its letter dated 22nd September, 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2026 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results, i.e. till 6th November, 2026.
