SRF has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2026 has approved a project for setting up of a manufacturing facility for the production of Aluminium foil for battery applications to capture growing opportunities in the Energy Storage and EV sectors in India by SRF Altech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary (WoS) of the Company. The proposed facility will be established at the existing site of the WoS at Jetapur in the state of Madhya Pradesh with an estimated project cost of approximately Rs. 600 Crores, to be implemented in two phases of Rs 300 Crores each. Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the first phase is as details enclosed.
