Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 20 of Para A, Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Garware Hi-Tech Films has informed that the Company has received a communication from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board on October 21, 2026 vide its letter dated October 19, 2026 informing that the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (‘MPCB’) has forfeited Bank Guarantee of ?25 Lakhs, furnished by the Company in favour of MPCB, for alleged non-compliance of consent conditions. Details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7) 2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in the enclosed Annexure.
