Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Patel Retail has informed that the Company has finalised two new locations for its upcoming retail stores: 1. Ghoti, Nashik District, Maharashtra, 2. Mangaon/Mahad, Raigad District, Maharashtra. The proposed store at Ghoti will mark the Company's entry into Nashik district, thereby expanding its geographical retail presence to four districts in Maharashtra, namely Thane, Raigad, Palghar and Nashik. The finalisation of these locations represents a further step in the Company's efforts to expand its retail footprint and strengthen its presence across additional markets in Maharashtra. The stores are proposed to be operationalised subject to completion of the necessary formalities, fit-outs and other applicable requirements. The Company will make further disclosures, as may be required under applicable law, upon the occurrence further developments.
