Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) and in accordance with the requirements of sub clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III thereof, VAS Infrastructure has informed that the Twenty ninth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (‘CoC’) of the company was held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM. At the said meeting, the CoC resolved to extend the timeline for submission of Expressions of Interest (‘EOI’) till October 27, 2026. The corrigendum to Form G, in this regard, shall be intimated vide separate communication.
