Eco Hotels & Resorts has launched The Eco Sambhaji Nagar in Maharashtra, marking another step in the company's strategy to expand its hospitality portfolio across key business, leisure and tourism destinations in India. The launch extends the company's presence in Maharashtra and adds to its portfolio with a property catering to accommodation, dining and event requirements.
The addition of the 52-room hotel strengthens the company's presence in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, a market serving business travellers, tourists, families and social gatherings. With accommodation and banquet facilities under one roof, the property diversifies the company's hospitality offering and enables it to cater to multiple guest segments, including corporate clients, wedding parties and leisure travellers. The company has crossed 330 operational hotel rooms and, with the Mysuru launch in Q4 FY 2026-27, the company will touch 420 operational hotel rooms.
The hotel also houses Oh! London, its signature restaurant offering non-vegetarian dining, and EcoSip Cafe, which caters to coffee breaks, casual meetings and informal get-togethers. Its banquet facilities accommodate weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, corporate meetings, conferences and other social events, complementing the property's core accommodation offering.
