Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to letter dated 23rd September, 2026, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of Vistar Amar shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
