Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 28th October 2026, have approved the following: 1. Appointment of Sri. R. Nandagopal as a Chief Executive Officer of Foods division (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company for a period of 1 year effective from 28th October 2026 to 27th October 2027 - Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Sri. R. Nandagopal as a Chief Executive Officer of Foods division (CEO-Foods Division) (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for a period of 1 year effective from 28th October 2026 to 27th October 2027. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is given as Annexure-A. 2. Approval for increasing existing solar power generating capacity from 5 MW to 5.7 MW by adding 700 KW (0.7 MW) at Puducherry for captive consumption of foods division at Puducherry - Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, has approved the proposal for increasing the solar power generating capacity from 5 MW to 5.7 MW, by adding 700 KW (0.7MW) at Puducherry for captive consumption of foods division at Puducherry, subject to requisite approvals from the concerned authorities under applicable laws. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is given as Annexure-B.
