Perfectpac has received an approval to constitute a committee to evaluate the options of use of the Faridabad assets or to dispose it off whether by way of sale, long lease or otherwise, including valuation of the some and to submit a proposal to the board within 21 days. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 30, 2013 has approved for the same.
Perfectpac is one of the pioneers in manufacturing of corrugated fiberboard containers. Currently, the company operates one of the largest units in Northern India.
